Hi Jacqueline just a note to let you know we had a great stay in Barcelona .I would definately reccommend the RIALTO HOTEL. The location was perfect ,right in the heart of every where a new visator to the city would want to see .the rooms were spotless and comfortable , none of our 16 had any reason to complain. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and it even had a nice bar with reasonable prices. The street has lots of bars and restaurants and leads directly on to las Ramblas. Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Center City Philadelphia,Pa and it was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and I have to admit I was a little concerned about the reviews that I had read on the site before I book it for the weekend but I figured I had 50/50 shot and everything was great. We were late getting in because of the traffic so we were not able to check in till around 11pm and I made sure we called to let them know we were running late and there were no problems when we checked in that night. Also there were some major complaints on the site regarding the size of the bathrooms and yes they are small but really how much time do you really spend in there. The shower and toilet are in a separate room and the sink and full size mirror and out in a very open area with lots of room to get ready. Once again I have to say that our experience was wonderful there and I think we found our new favorite hotel in Philly. Thanks again 1800hotels for the great deal. Sincerely ”

Hello, I booked a Berlin hotel through your website last night and (stupidly) input the wrong dates. I called your telephone number on your website and managed to get through to Jacqueline. I felt that i had to email and let you know how well Jacqueline dealt with my error. she cancelled my original booking whilst i put through another booking for the correct dates.
