The hotel is located 14 miles south of Inverness just minutes from Loch Ness with beautiful views across the Scottish highlands. The hotel is on the same site as the famous Loch Ness 2000 exhibition.

All the rooms have been newly refurbished in 2003 and are ensuite. They include power shower and bath. Full facilities are offered including tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, hairdryer and sleep easy beds. Out of the 20 rooms 12 are in the main building with 8 annex rooms only 20 yards away.
The hotel offers a wide variety of cuisine ranging from hot and cold meals, snacks in the cafe. Evening meals are served in the main restaurant with fabulous views over the local Glen down towards Loch Ness on the 1st floor.
