King Suite - Located on the Penthouse level of the Empress Tower, the 395 square foot King Suites are tastefully decorated and feature a king bed, jetted tub with shower and an intimate sitting area. Perfect for a honeymoon or special occasion.

Luxury Suite - Located on the Penthouse level of the Empress Tower, this 784 square foot room is perfect for entertaining or a hospitality room. These rooms feature a queen size Murphy bed (wall bed), jetted tub with shower, dining table with six chairs, spacious living room with two sofas, big screen TV and non-stocked wet bar.

Presidential Suite - Located on the Penthouse level of the Empress Tower. With over 1,100 square feet, this luxurious room features a King bed on a separate platform area, jetted tub with shower, spacious living room with two sofas, large screen TV, non-stocked wet bar, dining table with six chairs and a picturesque view of the mountains. A perfect room for that special evening.

Standard Room - Enjoy spacious accommodations, with the largest standard guest rooms (approximately 375 square feet) of any downtown hotel casino. Room amenities include hair dryer, cable television, in-room movies, individual heat/air control and alarm clock.

Get set for the wildest games in the West! - Sands Regency casino features all of your favorite games in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Pet Friendly Hotel

Dogs are welcome at The Sands in Reno with one pet per stay up to 50 pounds. The charge is $15.00 per night (above the room rate) which covers room treatment and carpet cleaning. A $50.00 refundable fee will be charged which covers potential damage and will be credited back at check-out upon a room inspection.

The following are our guidelines:

1. Dogs up to 50 pounds
2. Proof of inoculation
3. All animals must be kept leashed and under control
4. All pets must be friendly and non-aggressive
5. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in a room without a crate
6. No pet will create excessive noise or disturbance while a guest in our hotel
7. Pets will be restricted to the hotel area and not permitted on the casino floor
or other public areas including the pool area
8. Door cards distributed during check-in must be displayed outside of the
door indicating a pet is inside
9. Pit bull or pit bull mix breeds are prohibited
10. The owners will be required to clean up after pets both inside and outside
the buildings
11. Please register your pet at the front desk when checking in.
