Premium Rooms: Same amenities as a deluxe room. Additionally, these 2-bedded rooms offer views of either St. Louis Street or Royal Street.
Superior Rooms: Offer 150 – 200 square feet of living space and offer one king bed with view of the French Quarter.
Superior Rooms With a Balcony: 150 – 200 square feet feature one king bed and a balcony overlooking St. Louis or Royal Street.
One-Bedroom Suites: These accommodations feature 300 – 400-square-foot corner rooms offer one king bed and a separate living area with a queen-sized sofa sleeper, coffee table, CD player, cordless phone and large bathroom.

Royal Suite: 750 square feet, handsomely decorated with Oriental rugs and other fine amenities, the Royal Suite includes an oversized balcony, large separate dining room with bar, table for 6 and a living room surrounded by three sets of French doors. Living area features a sofa, chairs and half bath. Master bedroom features a four-poster bed with balcony overlooking Royal Street.
