A total of 1,504 guestrooms, including 846 rooms and suites in the two original Fontainebleau buildings and 658 suites in two new all-suite towers, offer luxurious comfort and privacy. Standard amenities include flat-screen TVs, high-speed wireless Internet access, stereo CD/DVD player, iPod MP3 docking station, cutting-edge technology will bring modern innovations to every guest's room. Tresor Junior Suite: The 37-story Tresor oceanfront tower, which opened in 2005, features junior suites and one bedroom suites with views overlooking the skyline of Miami, the Waterway or partial views of the Atlantic Ocean. Junior suites offer a spacious sitting area with a queen sofa bed and kitchenette featuring a microwave and private bar. Standard amenities include 32" LG flat-screen television, CD/DVD players, iHome clock radios, separate bath tub and stall shower, marble bathroom floors, work desk, large closets and balcony. All are also equipped with flatware, dishware and glassware. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach offers 11 fine dining and casual restaurants and lounges. The resort presents exciting culinary concepts developed, created and prepared daily on-site.
Signature dining experiences include Gotham Steak by Michelin-star chef Alfred Portale, Chef owner at New York’s Gotham Bar and Grill. Portale was named “Most Outstanding Chef” by the James Beard Foundation in 2006. Scarpetta by Scott Conant, The James Beard award recipient has created a regional Italian menu that combines the simplicity of Italy’s cucina rustica with the refined flavors of fine cuisine. Hakkasan by Alan Yau, the chef behind Britain’s only Chinese restaurant to hold a Michelin star will present his award-winning Cantonese cuisine in a sleek, sophisticated space with sweeping ocean views. La Côte by international culinary celebrity Sean O’Connell, will offer a lively atmosphere inspired by the Côte d’Azure. La Côte will serve cocktails, tapas and fresh seafood, salads and desserts.
Fontainebleau’s new poolscape boasts “walls of water” intermingled with a free-form pool. Guests can also relax by an exclusive European-style pool with a sexy enclave surrounded by cabanas and sun loungers. Those with families can spend the day in multiple small dipping pools and an interactive children’s waterscape play area. This renowned oceanside focal point will remain as glamorous as when James Bond and Goldfinger sat by the pool for a heated game of gin rummy.
Private cabanas with personalized service surround the resort’s six pools. Each cabana is equipped with a 32-inch, flat-screen television, wireless internet, butler service, mini refrigerator, phone with data connection and a digital safe able to store a laptop or other valuables. Cabanas are furnished with a sectional lounge, chair and table, as well as privacy curtains, contemporary artwork and ceiling fans.
A highlight of the poolscape is the Island Cabana located at the center of the Round Pool, which serves as a natural gathering place during the day and an extension of La Côte’s festive atmosphere.
