This elegant upmarket resort is located between the sea and the intercoastal waterway. It is only a short distance from the cruise port and 5 minutes from the shops and eateries of las olas. The beautiful beaches of the atlantic are just a few paces away.
The air-conditioned beach hotel consists of a total of 412 rooms spread over 19 floors. The lobby houses a 24-hour reception, a cloakroom, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Guests are offered shops, a lounge, a bar, a kiosk, a games room and restaurants available to use. On payment of an additional fee, it is possible to use the laundry service or the launderette facility as well as the car park.
Driving directions: from ft. Lauderdale/hollywood int'l airport: take us 1 n, 1,6 km to se 17th st. Go east on 17th st. For approx. 3 km; the road becomes ft. Lauderdale bch. Blvd. (formerly state road a1a). Continue north on ft. Lauderdale bch. Blvd. Approx. 2.5 km. The resort is on the left behind beachplace shopping mall. Enter the parking garage from either cortez street or ft. Lauderdale bch. Blvd. Northbound, take a ticket, and proceed to level p4 or p5. From points north: take i-95 s to sunrise blvd. Go east approx. 7 km to ft. Lauderdale bch. Blvd. (formerly state rd a1a). Go south on ft. Lauderdale bch. Blvd. For approx. 1,6 km. The resort garage entrance is on left. Take a parking ticket and go to garage level p4 or p5 for the resort entrance.
The standard rooms comprise a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a small fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. The other lodgings include a bedroom with king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer. The rooms are also equipped with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable tv, a small fridge, a radio, carpeting, ironing equipment and a hire safe.
