blue on blue's New American menu is a clean, new approach this acclaimed Beverly Hills restaurant and offers seasonal selections with an emphasis on the freshest products available on any given day. Must have items include the scallop and celery root risotto; cinnamon braised short ribs with brussels sprout mash; roma tomato and asparagus "tartare" with petite basil, parmesan cheese & cabernet syrup; and the grilled Kurobuta pork chop served with sweet potato puree, black kale and a sour cherry-chocolate sauce.

At the bar, popular cocktails include The Blue Avalon, an icy blend of Bacardi, Malibu, blue curacao, sprite and pineapple juice; the Pomegranate Mojito with Mt.
