The resort's signature restaurant, Marquesa, combines the seasonings and flavors of the Italian, French and Spanish Rivieras. La Hacienda is the resort's Mexican gourmet restaurant. The Grill, features the area's only prime, dry-aged beef and a wide variety of fresh fish and shellfish flown in daily. LV Bistro, the resort's main dining room, with its southwestern decor, expansive glass walls and tile floors, offers progressive American foods served in a warm and casual atmosphere. There is a poolside cafe featuring sandwiches, grilled burgers, chilled salads, soft drinks, cocktails and frozen drinks.
