This apartment complex is located in the northwest of mallorca, in one of the quietest areas of bahía de alcudia. the beautiful beach lies just the other side of a small pine forest, around 30 m away, and it is 2 km from the town centre where guests will discover an abundance of shops, cafés, bars, restaurant and lively nightclubs. public transport leaves from stops directly in front of the hotel. trips to the famous bird sanctuary that is located close by and to the old roman town of pollentia as well as alcudia harbour are on offer.

Built in 1976 and renovated partially in 2007, this complex offers a total of 43 apartments (of which 12 have 2 bedrooms and 30 have one bedroom) and 3 studios spread over the main building on 3 floors (one bedroom apartments and studios) and three annex buildings (two bedroom apartments). the hotel's facilities include a lobby, a playground and a small supermarket. dining options include a bar and a restaurant and an in-house laundry service is also available to guests (additional fees apply).

The comfortable accommodation has a fully equipped, tiled en suite bathroom, a fridge and a kitchenette. the bedrooms offer 2 twin beds and in the lounge there is another 2 single sofa beds, as well as satellite/ cable tv. multiple facilities available for hire.

Directions

From the airport, take the motorway towards palma for about 5.5 kilometres (3.5 miles). before arriving at the capital, take the ring rd exit 3 towards andratx, port d'alcudia, via de cintura. proceed for 2 kilometres and take exit 3b towards inca, port d'alcudia, son castelló (motorway). once at inca, continue on the main road following directions for puerto de alcudia. follow the m-60 all the time with directions to the commercial port. just before arriving to the port, on the roundabout, take the third exit towards the camí d'aucanada. continue straight all the time, approximately 1,7 km later, you will find the apartment complex in front of you.|
